TestOxidase™ is a rapid test for the determination of bacterial cytochrome oxidase. It is supplied ready to use. Composed of a 0 .3% N, N, N^l, N^l-tetramethyl-p-phenylenediamine in a 0.003M buffer containing reducing agents and organic stabilizers. It has the added advantage of being readily available in that it is able to be stored at room temperature. Each 15ml vial will give you 350-400 tests.
