TestOxidase™

TestOxidase™ is a rapid test for the determination of bacterial cytochrome oxidase. It is supplied and ready to use. It comprises a 0.3% N, N, Nl, Nl-tetramethyl-p-phenylenediamine in a 0.003M buffer containing reducing agents and organic stabilizers. It has the added advantage of being readily available in that it can be stored at room temperature. Each 15ml vial will give you 350-400 tests.
